Making it Real…Helpful: SLCC’s Professional Development Story


At SLCC, we’ve approached faculty and staff professional development on ePortfolios by fostering conversations and collaboration on the meaningful ePortfolio pedagogy already employed across curriculum. This goes beyond the “support cohorts” that we tried a year ago. Now, we have collaboration “Boot Camps” in which faculty and staff from diverse disciplines work together to reshape the ways that they use ePortfolios in their classrooms.
